How much will it cost?
We have retained a simple fee structure that includes everything you need - all training & support, all machinery, all territories rights and a 100% iron-cast guarantee that covers all ongoing maintenance - we take care of maintenance so you don't have to. NB: The minimum number of locations per franchise is usually 5, however if you would like to purchase less please contact us for a quotation.
All figures above include VAT. We do not charge any ongoing "franchise fees" - you only pay once and the territory is yours for life. We're nice like that.
Your ongoing expenses
Aside from the startup costs (see above), there are only two ongoing expenses that you need to be aware of.1. The first is buying the smoothie sachets. A sachet contains enough fruit to make 2 smoothies and typically costs approx. £0.40 to buy.
2. The only other cost to you is the cost of fuel (you'll need to travel from one retailer to another to replenish stock every so often). There are absolutely no other expenses or fees!
The typical cost breakdown per 1x smoothie:
£0.20 - Purchase cost (buying the sachet - £0.40 / 2)
£0.10 - Fuel costs (delivering sachets to retailer)
The total cost (per smoothie) to you, the franchisee, is therefore approximately £0.30. The rest is profit split between you and the retailer.
We typically utilise a 50/50 revenue split between the franchisee and the retailer (however we do not take a % of your earnings or charge any franchising fees). If a smoothie sells for £2.70 (typical RRP) then you, the franchisee would receive half of that, £1.35 with the remaining half going to the retailer. Subtracting the £0.30 total costs from your share of the revenue - £1.35 - you are left with approx. £1.05 profit per smoothie sold!
